Shipping policy

At ALĒO we will always strive to give our customers the simplest and most cost effective terms of delivery.

All ALĒO orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland to your destination. Typically, the estimated delivery window provided by us  reflects most standard deliveries, 3-5 business days. However, occasionally orders may be subject to longer transit time caused by freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control. You will receive an e-mail from us with all relevant information necessary to track your order, once it has been packed at our warehouse and is ready for shipping. Orders for delivery within EU: Free delivery to parcelshops for orders above 150 EUR. Freight cost for orders below 150 EUR is 9 Euro. All orders for delivery outside of EU will be subject to 20-40 Euro delivery charge. Our goal is to always minimise these costs and they always reflect current global shipping rates and associated logistical processes.
