Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery:

At ALEO we will always strive to give our customers the simplest and most cost effective terms of delivery.

All ALEO orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ireland to your destination. Typically, the estimated delivery window provided by us  reflects most standard deliveries, 3-5 business days. However, occasionally orders may be subject to longer transit time caused by freight delay, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control. You will receive an e-mail from us with all relevant information necessary to track your order, once it has been packed at our warehouse and is ready for shipping. Orders for delivery within EU: Free delivery to parcelshops for orders above 150 EUR. Freight cost for orders below 150 EUR is 9 Euro. All orders for delivery outside of EU will be subject to 20-40 Euro delivery charge. Our goal is to always minimise these costs and they always reflect current global shipping rates and associated logistical processes. 

Returns:

Returns are the responsibility of customers and at their cost.

The returned product(s) must be returned within 14 days on receipt of goods. Send an email to info@aleoeurope.com with the following information in the email: Name, order number, reference the product(s) to be returned and reason for return. 

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, along with all original labels and tags in place. Unfortunately, the product will be sent back to you if the return item(s) do not meet our return policy.  

We recommend that you send your return package using a track and trace delivery system. This way ensures that the package has been received at our warehouse. Refund requests typically take 2-3 business days (Mon-Fri) for us to review. Once approved, please allow 7-10  days for domestic customers and up to 35 business days for international customers, for the refund to become available on your account due to a processing times between payment providers.
